How do I change my subscription?
As a private or business customer, you can change your subscription yourself in your Cockpit.
- Private customers: Click on "Settings" on the right-hand side of your Cockpit. If you have Family + Friends members, make sure you have selected the correct member under the heading "Settings". Continue by clicking on "Galaxus Mobile Subscription" and then on "Change Subscription". Follow the instructions.
- Business customers: Select the "Phone lines" tab on the left-hand side in your company cockpit. Then click on the three dots next to the desired phone number and select "Change subscription" and follow the instructions.
When can I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription at any time, subject to the following change periods:
- Upgrade: You can always change to a subscription with more inclusive services on the following day.
- Downgrade: You can always downgrade to the end of the month after next. Example: If you downgrade from Galaxus Mobile International to CH Unlimited on 10 July, the change will be effective on 1 October.
Important note: A downgrade from our International subscription to a subscription with fewer inclusive services is only possible once a year.
Are there any fees for switching?
A change of subscription is free of charge.
Do all Family + Friends members have to have the same subscription?
The Family + Friends discount is valid regardless of the subscription chosen. This means that Family + Friends members do not have to use the same subscription. More information about Family + Friends.
