Keep existing phone number or select a new phone number

It’s possible to transfer your current phone number to digitec connect. During the registration process, we’ll ask if you’d like to keep your existing phone number or select a new one with your plan. 

If you wish to keep your phone number, you can add another phone number in your Cockpit by clicking on «Add a Family + Friends member»:

1. A window will open with three options: Click on “Another subscription for me”
2. Select your desired subscription
3. Next, select “Keep your current phone number”
4. Select your previous provider and give us your phone number and contract type
5. Select the desired SIM card type
6. Confirm with “Buy now”; your entered phone number should now be visible
