A change of holder is possible both for active customers and for customers who wish to port their number to us. In either case, it is necessary to contact us using the contact form in our Help Center. For existing customers, number porting is only possible at the end of the month.
Change of holder from private customer to private customer
- In all cases, the person transferring the number must send us a declaration of consent with a scan of their identity card or passport using the contact form.
- For existing customers: The person who receives the phone number needs their own cockpit. A new subscription must be ordered for this. Contact our customer service so that we can cancel the subscription accordingly for the change of holder. When ordering, make sure you select that you need a physical SIM card and do not activate it in your Cockpit.
- For porting: Order a subscription with us and select that you would like to port a phone number. We will then contact you about the next steps if the number does not belong to you. You can also request a change of holder from your current provider before porting to us.
Change of holder from corporate customer to private customer
- The transferring company must always send us a declaration of consent with a scan of your ID card or passport using the contact form. Authorized to do so are persons from the company's commercial register or, in the case of existing customers, a registered contact person (fleet manager).
- For existing customers: The person who receives the phone number needs their own cockpit. A new subscription must be ordered for this. Contact our customer service so that we can cancel the subscription accordingly for the change of holder. When ordering, make sure you select that you need a physical SIM card and do not activate it in your Cockpit.
- For porting: Order a subscription with us and select that you would like to port a phone number. We will then contact you about the next steps if the number does not belong to you. You can also request a change of holder from your current provider before porting to us.
Change of holder from private customer to corporate customer
- For existing customers: As the current number holder, as well as the new number holder (contact person at the company, fleet manager or person from the commercial register), send us a declaration of consent via the contact form for the implementation.
- For porting: The Fleetmanager can submit a porting in the company dashboard. We will contact you after your order for the next steps.
Holder change from corporate customer to corporate customer
- For existing customers: As the current number holder, as well as the new number holder (contact person at the company, fleet manager or person from the commercial register) send us a declaration of consent via the contact form for the implementation.
- For porting: After ordering a new subscription with porting from us, we will contact you with the next steps.
Change of holder in the event of death
- A family member or member/contract holder of the Family + Friends Group can inform us of the date of death via our contact form with a scan of the death certificate.
- For existing customers: The person who receives the phone number needs a cockpit with us. When ordering, make sure you select that you need a physical SIM card and do not activate it in your cockpit. The new number holder should contact our customer service so that we can cancel the temporary subscription required for the change of holder.
- For porting (person has died with the old provider): Order a subscription with us and indicate that you want to port a phone number. Send us the death certificate by e-mail so that we can carry out the porting. It is also possible to change the holder with your old provider before porting to us. In this case, you do not need to send us the death certificate.
