All our SIM cards support Mobile ID. We recommend using a physical SIM card and not an E-SIM. There are two ways to activate this service:
- You can either download the app for Android or iOS and register with it.
- Or you can register via the Mobile ID website .
Mobile ID is an independent service provider, so we can only support you to a certain extent. Should you experience any issues activating the service, please get in touch with Mobile ID directly.
